The candle lit Courtyard Restaurant has gained a first class reputation for a high standard of service and cuisine, under the direction of our Executive Chef Darren Knockton. Darren is a great believer in utilizing all the local produce from neighbouring farms. Along with other West Country Fayre, he also uses interesting ingredients from around the world, which creates bold flavours. His cuisine is mainly modern British with a hint of international, wonderfully presented with artistic flair. The Restaurant's high standards have recently been recognised by the AA with their award of two red rosettes for excellence. The Courtyard Restaurant has wonderful views over the countryside, and is run by a happy and efficient Restaurant team.
